About The Position

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will help Acosta’s client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will execute retail merchandising activities, serve as the main contact with store management, and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store or stores. The role involves working independently while building relationships with Walmart associates and management and communicating with your Acosta team and direct manager.

Work may be scheduled any day from Sunday through Saturday, depending on the work required at the location. Full-time schedules are flexible, at least five days per week, with Tuesday and Friday required; part-time schedules are flexible, two to four days per week, also with Tuesday and Friday required. Work starts between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and takes place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., with no evenings.

The role requires access to reliable transportation for travel to multiple retail locations in your area. You will use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to document work, including taking photos. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations in the area.
• Be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device and navigating multiple applications at the same time.
• Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Work independently and complete assigned work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions and provide accurate work reporting.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials for placement in the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to complete work and document it with photos.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete the work.
• Communicate with your direct manager by email, phone, and text.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
• Provide accurate, concise data and photos according to instructions.
• Report completed work on the same day.
