About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Cartersville/Canton, Georgia area. The role involves organizing and presenting products for leading brands, maintaining displays, and sharing store-level observations to improve the shopping experience. The merchandiser works independently, sets a flexible schedule, and stays connected with the team remotely. Store visits typically take place on weekdays.

Franklin Retail Solutions develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs for brands in the sports, outdoor, fitness, and health industries. It manages a network of more than 500 field professionals who execute programs and analyze results, helping consumers find suitable sporting goods and apparel.

Responsibilities

• Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
• Communicate and build relationships with store managers and staff.
• Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
• Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
• Observe what is working and what is not in stores and report insights.
• Manage time and territory while working independently and communicating remotely.
• Complete professionally written online reports.
