About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Arlington, Texas area. The role involves organizing and showcasing sports, outdoor, fitness, and health products to improve the customer shopping experience and sharing observations with the represented brands. Merchandisers work independently, coordinate remotely with the team, and typically visit stores on weekdays. The schedule is flexible, and the role requires travel between stores using reliable transportation. Franklin Retail Solutions develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs and manages a network of more than 500 field professionals who execute programs and analyze results for brands.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
Communicate and build relationships with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
Observe and report on what is working and what could be improved in stores.
Manage time and territory while working independently and communicating remotely.
Complete professionally written online reports.
