About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing top-tier brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also act as the eyes and ears of the brand, providing insights to improve the shopping experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

Organize, style, and showcase top-tier brands in sporting goods stores.
Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
Communicate with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
Take before-and-after photos of merchandising efforts.
Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement, and report these findings.
