About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Athens, Georgia area. The role involves organizing, styling, and presenting brands in stores, while sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience. The position offers flexible scheduling and independent work, with store visits typically taking place on weekdays. The merchandiser stays connected with the team remotely. Franklin Retail Solutions works with brands in the sports, outdoor, fitness, and health industries. It develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs, manages a network of more than 500 field professionals who carry out those programs, and analyzes results for represented brands.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
Communicate and build relationships with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
Take before-and-after photos of merchandising work.
Observe what is and is not working in stores and report findings.
Organize, style, and showcase brands in sporting goods stores.
Complete professionally written online reports and share insights remotely with the team.
