About The Position

A & Associates is seeking two Retail Merchandisers/Stockers to support locations in North Carolina. This role involves safely stocking and maintaining beverage products in customer accounts, ensuring sections, racks, and displays are filled, neat, clean, and current according to company standards. It is a field-based position requiring consistent presence in customer accounts during standard business hours.

Requirements

• Professional appearance

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with an MVR check
• Must have specific limits on their insurance.
• English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes (Bilingual is acceptable)
• Criminal background check is required
• Proof of NC Auto insurance on the vehicle and proof of coverage
• Candidates must have specific coverage on their personal vehicle (Must provide a copy of the declaration page).

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible.
• Stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Company’s standards.
• Maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations and service customer accounts.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
