About The Position

This role is part of our Ineos Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within Ineos. The Regional Marketing Manager is a key role within the global Grenadier marketing function, with a primary focus on retailer marketing, coop programs, and delivering local test drive/display events in collaboration with dealers. It is crucial that this is integrated seamlessly with the central team. The role currently has one direct report, but that is likely to grow. This role needs to seamlessly work in open and trusting collaboration with the central team, the combined team is dedicated to the success of the North American market. Budget approval ultimately sits with the central team/CEO.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience gained in a marketing role.
  • Marketing Communications and Media experience in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering leads/sales performance.
  • Managed substantial budgets.
  • Experience coordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and marketing best practice.
  • Creative with ability to think outside the box.
  • Commercial acumen and articulate with strong presentation skills.
  • Challenger spirit - a 'revolutionary' spirit.
  • Strong leadership qualities and skills.
  • Natural team player – someone with a low ego and strong relationship building and influencing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience highly desirable.
  • Preference for a candidate with broader sector experience than just automotive.

Responsibilities

  • Drive relevant motivated leads to our dealer network.
  • Manage the effective use of coop monies, including allocation, approval, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the central team to execute the Brand execution strategy in the North American market.
  • Build out the Grenadier owner community, supporting them with meet ups and club activity, and develop friend get friend programs.
  • Design, deliver, and performance manage a retail marketing program, including Brand support, digital assets, coordinated media, Coop funding, and joint test drive events.
  • Collaborate with the central team in briefing, analyzing, and delivering paid media campaigns across global media, dealer-funded media, and COR media.
  • Collaborate with regional and global PR to maximize earned media opportunities.
  • Work with central and Dept. to develop and deliver US/CA content, either brand-initiated or through content creators, to build affinity with local content.
