We're looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leaders across Florida, helping drive market growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning data into action, and enjoys influencing business performance across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
• Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
• Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
• Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
• Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
• Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
• Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
• Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
• Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
