Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience, leading teams of 16+ direct reports
- Experience developing those direct reports into positions of greater responsibility
- Proven track record of thriving in high-volume traffic environments
- Hands on experience with a variety of Hardware and Electronics items
- Love of retail!
- Reasonable number of nights and weekends essential
Responsibilities
- Inspire & develop 16+ associate team of Sales Associates, Merchandisers, & Price Change Associate
- Creatively build quality displays with your team; no planograms here!
- Open/close & drive results storewide modeling customer service as MOD
- On the floor 70% of the time working shoulder-to-shoulder with team
- Resolve escalated customer issues via win/win approach
