About The Position

As a Retail Manager III, you will support the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the operation. You will ensure compliance with client culture and guidelines, Health Department regulations, and company standards and policies. You will motivate, train, develop, and direct employees to meet operational objectives and satisfy customers and the client. The role is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000.

Requirements

• Two years of retail operational management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.

Nice To Haves

• Retail marketing experience.
• Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day service of the operation.
• Plan and supervise special functions.
• Maintain cash controls and payroll records.
• Oversee the hiring of frontline team members.
• Direct and train staff to provide scheduled retail services.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
