About The Position

The Retail Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of A Sudden Impulse retail store, manages staff, manages store inventory, optimizes store performance and implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Requirements

3+ years of retail management experience.
Experience in sales is necessary.
Strong sales ability, business acumen and awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
Manage inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
Examine inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages.
Manage and motivate team members, provide coaching and support for professional development.
Assist with the sales of our store’s products with focus on maximizing sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Evaluate and identify customer service needs and develop necessary training to ensure team members exceed customer expectations.
Solve customer complaints and answer customer questions with confidence to maintain positive customer relations.
Stock shelves, maintain inventory, set up and maintain displays, ring up merchandise sales, and perform cleaning duties.
Ensure cleanliness and professional image is kept.
Ensure compliance with all property and company policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to drive innovation and sales.
