About The Position

The Public Space Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of public spaces within the World Equestrian Center. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, assisting other team members, and performing detailed cleaning tasks as assigned. The position requires a strong commitment to guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in cleaning position preferred
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills required
• Passion and excitement for the hospitality/service industry
• Ability to work in high paced environment
• Strong ability to Multitask

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces according to daily assignment and standards.
• Ensure the safety of all guests and guests’ belongings.
• Stock and organize housekeeping closets to ensure items are readily available.
• Empty and replace all trash liners within the trash cans.
• Assist room attendants with retrieving items necessary for cleaning of guest units as well as trash removal.
• Complete detail cleaning items as assigned.
• Keep storage and supply clean and tidy.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
