About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a Retail Manager for its Mt Lake & Windom branch. This full-time position involves overseeing the retail bank sales area, including staffing, training, compliance, and coordinating activities to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided in a professional and efficient manner. The role is located in Mt Lake & Windom, MN, and operates Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 8 to 10 years in work experience in banking, and/or retail sales management area.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in a financial services industry preferred.
