Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily operations of the branch’s retail team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify customer needs and support the delivery of appropriate bank products and services
  • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance development
  • Handle customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
  • Support branch growth through relationship building and community involvement
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to create a positive work environment
