The Retail Food Service Manager leads daily retail operations and supervises a team of approximately 25–30 employees, including multiple supervisors and team leads. This role partners closely with the Patient Services Manager, Inventory Manager, Chef, Sous Chef, Clinical Manager, and Senior Director to meet performance, quality, and satisfaction goals across the retail program. Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 400-bed hospital, and the retail café operates multiple food and beverage concepts, generating approximately $80,000–$90,000 in weekly sales.
