Requirements

3–5 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or guest services (bonus points for multi-functional roles).

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable with POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License.
