About The Position
Earthbound Trading Company is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations of the store. This role involves managing sales, customer relationships, staffing, merchandising, inventory control, and administrative and banking responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be a great salesperson with retail management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Must possess self-motivation skills.
- Must possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the store.
- Focus on sales and excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure the sales floor is staffed with an excellent sales team.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours.
- Handle inventory control, administrative, and banking responsibilities.
