Requirements

Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
Commitment to complete the required CNB Retail Banking Development Programs.
Master problem solver.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to treat everyone with the utmost respect.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coach your team to provide a distinctive banking experience.
Motivate your crew to smash sales goals while keeping customer service at legendary levels.
Build and strengthen relationships with local professionals and hunt down new opportunities to expand our market share.
Handle daily operations including opening accounts and wire transfers.
Step in as the "Boss" when the Manager is away.
