Retail Manager
About The Position

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, inspiring, and developing a team of over 16 associates, including Sales Floor Associates, Merchandisers, and a Price Change Associate. You will creatively merchandise and build quality displays without the use of planograms. Your role will involve opening/closing the store, driving results storewide, engaging with customers and associates, and being actively on the floor approximately 70% of the time to support the team and ensure quality. You will also be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues with a win-win approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Manage 16+ direct reports while positively engaging associates
- Innovate and ensure departments are optimally merchandised/organized
- Keep ahead of ever-changing product influx and high customer traffic
- Role model and leader of exceptional customer experience
- Leverage data, e.g., sales reporting, shrink research, retail schedules
