About The Position
We are seeking an outgoing professional that has a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with a successful organization as a Retail Manager with Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute!
Requirements
- 2+ years in a management role in a high volume retail or guest service environment
- Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task, experience managing inventory, Aveda experience a plus!

Responsibilities
- Provide training to retail advisors, manage staff schedule, provide coaching to staff as needed, perform interviews for new staff
- Educate guests on products
- Ensure guests have a smooth transition from beginning of appointment until they check out
- Manage appointment books and scheduling
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
- Help maintain clean sales and stock areas
- Manage inventory
