About The Position
SAYN is opening its first retail location: a luxury beauty store featuring high-end skincare, esthetician treatment rooms, and a dynamic brand-activation space. We’re hiring an experienced Store Manager to help build this flagship from the ground up.
Requirements
- 3+ years management experience in beauty retail or luxury consumer goods.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Comfortable building processes and operating in a startup-style environment
- Passion for skincare, luxury beauty, and creating memorable experiences
Nice To Haves
- Spa management experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail + spa operations and ensure a seamless luxury customer experience
- Hire, train, and manage the in-store team (sales associates & estheticians)
- Drive sales through clientele, service excellence, and strong product knowledge
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
- Support in-store events, brand activations, and partner trainings
- Provide weekly performance insights to leadership
