Retail Loss Prevention Associate II
About The Position
The Retail Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by carrying out core loss-prevention responsibilities. The role acts as a visual deterrent to potential loss or dishonesty, wears a body-worn camera, supports a positive customer shopping experience, and maintains a strong partnership with store teams and loss prevention. The associate uses sound judgment to protect their own safety, the safety of others, and the Company brand, while following company policies and supporting company culture and values. The position maintains a professional presence at the front of the store or in a department, greets customers courteously, and responds to requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a company-issued radio. It also involves observing and reporting suspicious behavior or critical incidents, performing a closing safety sweep with a member of management, and documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- 0–2 years of retail or security experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store.
- Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss or dishonesty.
- Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear a complete company-approved uniform, including a body-worn camera.
- Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
- Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a company-issued radio.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
