Retail Loss Prevention Associate II
About The Position
The Retail Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by carrying out core loss-prevention responsibilities. The role focuses on serving as a visible deterrent to potential loss or dishonesty, wearing a body-worn camera, supporting a positive customer shopping experience, and maintaining strong partnerships with store teams and Loss Prevention. The associate uses sound judgment to protect their own safety, the safety of others, and the Company brand, while following Company policies and supporting its culture and values. The position includes maintaining a professional presence at the front of the store or in a department, greeting and assisting customers appropriately, observing and reporting suspicious behavior or critical incidents, and completing a closing safety sweep with a member of management. The associate also reviews the Store Emergency Response Guide, documents required incidents in AIIM Case Management, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- 0–2 years of retail or security experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store.
- Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss or dishonesty.
- Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear a complete Company-approved uniform, including a body-worn camera.
- Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
- Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
