About The Position

WIS International is seeking Retail Pharmacy Associates for inventory counting roles throughout the greater Miami South Metro area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity for performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves accurately counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required
