Retail Inventory Associate Driver - Miami South Metro Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the greater Miami South Metro area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with a starting wage of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position involves safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners with a high level of accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and traveling to various retail locations. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds
- Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required
Responsibilities
