About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Denver Metro Area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $23.50 per hour. This is an active job that keeps you moving and rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The role involves travel to retail locations and requires adherence to the company's core values: Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using handheld technology
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
  • No degree required
