About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the greater Indianapolis Metro area, including Greenwood, Avon, Carmel, Fishers, and Lawrence. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The job is ideal for individuals seeking an active role that rewards hard work, where they can help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.

• Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.
