About The Position

The Retail Inventory Coordinator supports smooth store operations by receiving shipments, maintaining accurate stock levels, and helping products move efficiently into and out of the store. The role works closely with the Inventory Manager or Operating Partner and supports in-store and online sales. It combines behind-the-scenes inventory and logistics work with occasional customer assistance on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and organizational habits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation, dependability, a sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to support teammates and go above and beyond when needed.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products accurately and efficiently in the point of sale system.
• Fulfill online customer orders by correctly picking and packing items for curbside pickup or shipping.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Process product returns according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare and complete store transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional back-of-house inventory area.
• Communicate with internal teams to support smooth operations and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and support store initiatives when needed.
