About The Position

No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
  • Certification required to become a paid pharmacy counter.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.
