About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. This role is for individuals looking for a job that keeps them active and rewards hard work. You will help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required as all necessary training will be provided. The hourly rate range is $18.50 - $23.50, based on actual ranges for comparable positions. Opportunities exist to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning potential up to $5.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• No degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
