About The Position

WIS International is seeking Retail Inventory Associate Drivers to join their team throughout the Charlotte Metro Area. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with the potential to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months and up to $5.00 per hour in additional earning opportunities. Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
  • Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.
