About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Virginia Beach Area, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Newport News, and Hampton. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as WIS International provides all necessary training. The position involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
  • At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
  • Certification for paid driver or pharmacy counter opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
  • Travel to retail locations.
