About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position involves transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and traveling to various retail locations. Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• No degree required.
• Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
