About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is an active job where you will be on your feet for extended periods, performing tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. You will also be responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
• Climbing ladders when needed.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
