About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Greensboro Metro area, including Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville, High Point, and Burlington. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and traveling to various retail locations. The position emphasizes a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• No degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
