About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Greensboro Metro area, including Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville, High Point, and Burlington. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as WIS International provides all necessary training. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The job involves travel to various retail locations and requires adherence to the company's core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• No degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities
