About The Position

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds. You will also be responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and traveling to retail locations. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, dependability, and comfort using handheld technology. Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position. No degree is required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
