About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associate Drivers throughout the Phoenix Valley Area, including Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, Buckeye, Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise, and Cave Creek. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds, while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

• No inventory experience required—training is provided.
• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
