About The Position

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. You will also work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay. You will also travel to retail locations and lead by example, demonstrating the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• No degree required

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required
