About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for Retail Inventory Associate - Drivers. This role is for individuals looking for an active job that rewards hard work. You will help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The role involves travel to retail locations and requires demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs (at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• No degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Certification to become a paid pharmacy counter.
