About The Position

The Retail Image Associate helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment while supporting a positive in-store customer experience. The role includes cleaning store areas, restocking and labeling products, assisting customers, following food-preparation and sanitation standards, and supporting team members with cashiering as needed. The store operates 24/7, so flexible availability is required. Part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Minimum age of 16; some locations require employees to be at least 18.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms, shelves, floors, and fuel pumps.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and label items accurately.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and promote store specials.
• Ensure compliance with food-preparation and sanitation standards.
• Support team members and assist with cashiering as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
