About The Position

Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialists help customers bring their home design ideas to life by providing world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment. The role combines customer engagement, consultative selling, product knowledge, relationship building, and teamwork in a high-energy furniture retail setting. Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
