About The Position

The Moncler Retail Graduate Program is a highly selective, global development journey designed for early-career talent aspiring to build a long-term career in luxury retail. The program offers a comprehensive development path, combining immersive in-store experience, world-class education, and cross-regional collaboration. Participants will join as full-time Client Advisors, gaining hands-on experience at the heart of the brand. Over the course of the one-year program, you will follow a structured learning path in partnership with a world-renowned hospitality business school, including: In-Store Development (Core Foundation), Cross-Functional and Strategic Exposure, Exclusive Learning Curriculum, including structured coursework culminating in a final presentation of key learnings to Senior Management, and Ongoing Mentorship from Store Leadership and HR. This program is designed to accelerate your readiness for future growth opportunities within Moncler Retail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required
  • Strong passion for luxury retail and client experience
  • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agile, proactive, and results-driven approach
