Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing customer accounts

• Interest in interior design, home décor, or furniture is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience
• Guide customers through furniture selections, offering product knowledge on styles, materials, and features
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Process sales transactions, financing applications, and customer orders accurately
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom floor and merchandise displays
• Follow up with customers on order status, deliveries, and post-sale satisfaction
