Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing customer accounts
Nice To Haves
- Interest in interior design, home décor, or furniture is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience
- Guide customers through furniture selections, offering product knowledge on styles, materials, and features
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Process sales transactions, financing applications, and customer orders accurately
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom floor and merchandise displays
- Follow up with customers on order status, deliveries, and post-sale satisfaction
