Requirements

Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Basic computer proficiency, including POS and inventory systems
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light product staging
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing personalized furniture recommendations
Drive retail sales by understanding customer needs, preferences, and budget
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of furniture inventory, materials, and styles
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
Assist in setting up furniture displays
