Seasonal Retail Fulfillment - The Village at Corte Madera
About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment, helping provide outstanding customer experiences. The role receives, processes, and delivers merchandise; fulfills, packs, and ships customer orders; uses inventory management systems; and assists with maintaining store and stockroom organization. It also provides general store support, including special-event setup, markdowns, and moving fixtures. This is a seasonal position at The Village at Corte Madera. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent handling of merchandise, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion. Pay is $21.00–$21.85 per hour; pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly while meeting quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
