About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support.

Requirements

• Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
