About The Position

As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. They work collaboratively, focus on helpful customer interactions, and contribute to sales goals and store results. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Macy’s describes full-time colleagues as typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week and part-time colleagues as typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week; the posting does not specify the schedule classification for this position.
