Retail Foodservice Manager 2
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Foodservice Manager 2 to lead daily retail foodservice operations for 2 hospitals, HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center located in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds. They are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network. The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations in two locations and manage a team of frontline staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.
Requirements
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
- Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
